At Rose’s Administrative Services, our goal is to provide Full Time Services to single-practitioner offices in the mental health community by providing knowledgeable and professional services during peak hours.
Phone Coverage & Patient Communication
We offer remove coverage to all patient communications during peak business hours, from 9 am - 3 pm. Patient communications off-hours are usually answered the following business morning and always within 24 hours.
Intakes, Referrals & Inquiries
We talk to everyone who calls seeking services, discuss your policies, insurances and other regulations to ensure they are the right fit for your practice and then handle the intake process that follows - screeners, portal login, insurance verifications and more.
billing assistance
While we do not offer in-house billing services, we do run daily/weekly/monthy aging reports and manage patient balances. Small practices do not have the luxury of large outstanding balances, and patients do not like to get big surprise bills in the mail!

Scheduling
We handle scheduling intakes, reschedules, follow ups, cancelations and all other scheduling conflicts that arise.
Prior Authorizations & Pharmacy communications
While we are very careful to stay in our lane in regards to medications, we are able to run prior authorizations and communicate with pharmacies who reach out seeking guidance on prescriptions.

We manage referral letters going out and coming in, chart review requests, medical records requests, social media accounts, tracking your licensing renewal dates database cleanup and management, and all the other office duties which come with your small practice. You know, all the "stuff".
